CAMPAIGN UPDATE!
On The heels of endorsements from UTLA
(Teacher’s Support), CSEA (School Site staff support) and AALA (Administrator’s/Principal’s
support) Maria has just secured the endorsement of long-time LAUSD School Board
Member, Julie Korenstein.
Ms. Korenstein represented
District 6 for more than 20 years during which she was very
successful in advocating for and bringing much needed change to our
community and education overall. Her reputation as an
accomplished leader in our community is well-known and speaks volumes
about Maria’s qualifications to be our next School Board member from the N.E.
San Fernando Valley.
These endorsements,
along with dozens more from parents, teachers, community leaders, and
Democratic and Union activists are testament to Maria’s candidacy.
We hope we can
count on your support!
